Edgar Leal (Caracas, Venezuela, February 21, 1969) is a Venezuelan chef, founder of the Cacao restaurant located in Coral Gables, Miami recognized with the medal awarded as "Best restaurant in Miami" endorsed by Food & Wine magazine, is one of the "10 best restaurants in Florida" recognized by the gastronomic guide Zagat thus appearing in America's Top Restaurants.


Leal is an ambassador and image of the Décima Musa Foundation whose purpose is to support and spread Venezuela and Latin America's cultural and artistic values ​​.
